Puppy Shipping to Costa Rica
Shipping to Costa Rica is available for all of our puppies. The shipping cost is 2300 EUR (or the equivalent amount in your selected currency).
Please note that an additional 350 EUR transaction fee applies if the shipping service is booked and paid through our website.
If you prefer, payment can be made directly to the shipping company. In that case, the total shipping cost remains 2,300 EUR with no additional website transaction fees. We will connect you directly with the shipping company to arrange payment.
Shipping Destination
Shipping is provided up to Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO), the primary international gateway serving San José, Costa Rica.
How the Shipping Process Works
Your puppy will travel as Cargo in an IATA-approved travel crate specifically designed for the safe transportation of dogs. The cargo area used for live animals is temperature-controlled and pressurized throughout the flight to ensure your puppy’s comfort and safety during transport.
Arrival and Customs Clearance
Upon arrival in Costa Rica, the client is responsible for hiring an airport agent who will handle all necessary airport procedures, import paperwork, and customs clearance requirements.
If needed, the shipping company can provide contact information and recommendations for experienced agents operating at Juan Santamaría International Airport.
Throughout the entire transportation process, your puppy’s safety, comfort, and well-being remain the highest priority.
Important Notice
Black And Tan Pearls L.L.C-FZ is not a shipping company. We work with trusted third-party pet transportation companies that specialize in international pet transportation. The shipping service offered through this product is available exclusively for Black And Tan Pearls puppies and can only be booked by clients who have purchased a puppy from our kennel. We do not arrange transportation for puppies or dogs that were not sold by Black And Tan Pearls.
