1. SCOPE
These Terms & Conditions apply to all products, services, deposits, digital content, reservations, and any transactions offered or provided by Black And Tan Pearls L.L.C-FZ, whether purchased through the official website, direct payment link, invoice, bank transfer, or any other payment method.
By completing any payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
2. PRICING
Prices may change over time.
All prices are clearly displayed or communicated and confirmed with the client prior to payment.
Once a payment has been completed, the confirmed price for that specific transaction cannot be modified.
Black And Tan Pearls L.L.C-FZ reserves the right to adjust prices at any time for future availability.
3. NO REFUND POLICY
All payments made to Black And Tan Pearls L.L.C-FZ are final and non-refundable.
This includes:
Once a payment is completed, it cannot be refunded, canceled, reversed, or disputed on the basis of a change of mind, personal circumstances, financial reasons, or any other subjective reason.
By proceeding with payment, the buyer acknowledges and accepts this strict no-refund policy.
4. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All digital products, including e-books and downloadable materials, are non-refundable once access has been granted.
Due to the digital nature of these products, refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks are not permitted after delivery.
Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
5. SHIPPING & TRANSPORT
Shipping and transportation are arranged through independent third-party transport companies.
Black And Tan Pearls L.L.C-FZ is not the carrier and is not responsible for delays, cancellations, route changes, customs procedures, or circumstances caused by the transportation provider or other external factors beyond our control.
The client will be directly connected with the selected shipping company for coordination and communication. Black And Tan Pearls L.L.C-FZ will remain involved throughout the process and stay informed of all updates to ensure smooth and proper transportation.
The shipping company manages the transportation and customs handling process in accordance with applicable regulations and, if necessary, in coordination with the client.
Although shipping is performed by an independent third party, Black And Tan Pearls L.L.C-FZ guarantees that the puppy will be delivered to the confirmed destination in good health and proper condition, with all required documentation prepared prior to departure.
All shipping costs are separate from the purchase price and are clearly communicated prior to payment.
6. PAYMENT AGREEMENT
By submitting payment, the buyer confirms:
Payment confirmation constitutes a legally binding agreement between the buyer and Black And Tan Pearls L.L.C-FZ.
7. DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after agreeing to these Terms & Conditions constitutes a breach of this agreement.
Black And Tan Pearls L.L.C-FZ reserves the right to submit all relevant documentation, including these Terms & Conditions, payment confirmations, invoices, and written communication, as evidence to financial institutions or payment providers.
Unjustified or fraudulent disputes may result in further legal action and recovery of associated costs.
8. RIGHT TO REFUSE OR CANCEL SALE
Black And Tan Pearls L.L.C-FZ reserves the right to refuse or cancel a sale at its sole discretion.
In the event that Black And Tan Pearls L.L.C-FZ cancels a confirmed order after payment has been made, the client will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
9. HEALTH GUARANTEE
Black And Tan Pearls L.L.C-FZ guarantees that each puppy will arrive at the confirmed destination fit, healthy, and in good condition at the time of delivery.
All puppies are properly cared for, examined, and prepared prior to departure.
We remain committed to our clients and consider every placement a lifelong connection. Our clients become part of our extended family, and we are always available for guidance and support.
However, no long-term health guarantees are provided. A puppy’s future health and development depend on factors beyond our control, including lifestyle, nutrition, environment, training, veterinary care, and overall management after delivery.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content provided by Black And Tan Pearls L.L.C-FZ, including but not limited to text, photographs, videos, logos, branding, designs, digital products, downloadable materials, and educational content, is the exclusive property of Black And Tan Pearls L.L.C-FZ.
No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, shared, resold, or used for commercial or personal purposes without prior written permission.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any materials may result in legal action.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Black And Tan Pearls L.L.C-FZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or future damages arising from any transaction, including but not limited to emotional distress, loss of income, or veterinary expenses incurred after delivery.
After the puppy has been delivered in good health and condition, full responsibility transfers to the buyer.
In any event, if liability is legally established, the total liability of Black And Tan Pearls L.L.C-FZ shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific transaction.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any dispute, claim, or matter arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or any transaction with Black And Tan Pearls L.L.C-FZ shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.
