By purchasing this product, you are placing a 500 EUR deposit or paying the full purchase price (or the equivalent amount in your selected currency) for the Brown Collar female puppy.

The deposit secures your reservation for this specific puppy until she reaches approximately 3 months of age, when she will be fully vaccinated and ready to travel.

What This Deposit Includes:

• 500 EUR deposit reserves the Brown Collar female puppy exclusively for you.
• Your reservation remains valid until the puppy is fully vaccinated and ready to travel at approximately 3 months of age, at which time the remaining balance must be paid in full.
• You will receive regular photo and video updates of your puppy, allowing you to follow her growth and development until she is ready to join you.
• We will remain in direct contact with you throughout the entire process, from reservation until your puppy’s departure, and will be available to answer any questions you may have.

By placing a deposit, you are reserving the puppy, but you do not obtain legal ownership until the full purchase price has been paid.

If you cancel or are unable to proceed for any reason, the deposit is non-transferable and cannot be applied to another puppy or future litter.

The deposit is personal to the original purchaser and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to another individual.

Deposit deduction (important): Your 500 EUR deposit is deducted from the total puppy price. That means: 3,500 EUR total puppy price – 500 EUR deposit = 3,000 EUR remaining balance (+ shipping cost)

Non-refundable deposit

The deposit is non-refundable by the client.

Only Black And Tan Pearls reserves the right to cancel the reservation/order and issue a full refund, for any reason.

This policy exists because puppies are very delicate and loved, and our priority is always ensuring that every puppy goes to the best possible home and life.
